As a commitment to your safety, a $35 medical exam is required pre-treatment under our trusted nurse practitioner in office. Medical clearance is valid for 12 months and applies to all services. Necessary forms will be emailed to you before your appointment time.

A $50 deposit is required to book your appointment and credited towards your final bill. To receive a full refund or to transfer your deposit to a new appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Afterpay – Split your purchase into four interest-free payments paid every two weeks.
PayPal Pay Later – Pay in installments or no-interest financing, when eligible.
